Foundation Capital - Staff Bios

Birmingham Business Resource Center
	Robert Dickerson, Jr. serves as Executive Director for the Birmingham Business Resource Center (BBRC), which manages FoundationCapital.  His responsibilities include the overall administration and monitoring of all activities as it relates to the loan programs, products and services offered through the BBRC including the SBA 504 program.		Connie Lowe serves as Executive Assistant and Loan Servicing Agent for the SBA 504 Program and is primarily responsible for loan servicing of the SBA 504 loan portfolio for the State of Alabama.
	Latanya Jordan serves as Loan Specialist and is primarily responsible for loan origination, processing and marketing of the SBA 504 Program.
Capital Solutions
	Jan Roberts serves as principal member and co-founder of Capital Solutions, Exclusive Agent for FoundationCapital.  She has been with Capital Solutions since its inception in 1987 in various capacities.  Roberts has over 20 years experience in all areas of commercial finance and is currently concentrating on credit underwriting and working directly with lenders on structuring and processing small business loans throughout the state.  She is primarily responsible for the packaging of SBA 504 loan requests and the marketing of the 504 program		Nicole Reed also serves as principal member and co-founder of Capital Solutions, Exclusive Agent for FoundationCapital.  She has also been with Capital Solutions since its inception in 1987 in various capacities and has over 20 years experience in all areas of commercial finance.  Reed also concentrates on credit underwriting and working directly with lenders on structuring and processing small business loans throughout the State of Alabama.
